Production Support/Sr. Developer

  • Assisted with production, enhancement, and project support of Clarity as an Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system.
  • Managed ongoing enhancements and improvements to the PPM, Labor Tracking, and other solutions.
  • Assisted in ongoing integrations and testing of Clarity with SAS, BO Infoview, Cognos or Epic
  • Provided 24/7 support for relational database and reporting system, including performance tuning and optimization of reports
  • Managed Epic report writing applications and trends in business intelligence and enterprise reporting.


Release Notes Manager/Sr. Developer

  • Installed, configured, debugged and supported Clarity applications in a multi client support environment, applying customizations and application upgrades.
  • Addressed issues occurring in the Clarity tool including SQL server databases, application server configuration and integration points with Epic, SAS or BO
  • Coordinated server maintenance and patching, maintained system IDs, scheduled and coordinated production migrations and environment refreshes.
  • Performed and maintained all application environment/instances (e.g. build, test, production).
  • Developed System Maintenance Plan and related documentation (release notes, installation guide, configuration guide, etc).

Upgrades Manager

  • Provided detailed Project Planning including developing and maintaining project schedule and key milestones according to project and governance standards and best practices and with appropriate tools (SAP, Clarity, MS Project, Dashboards)
  • Managed integration point integration during upgrades within SAS, BO, Epic and MS Project
  • Ensured relational database efficiency for reporting
  • Designed and implemented solutions that helped subordinate organizations migrate their legacy data into Clarity and document technical priorities and requirements, test plans, release notes, and user guides

Resolute Hospital Billing Application Coordinator

  • Provided application support and user assistance within the assigned business systems for Resolute PB
  • Assisted in the implementation process when installing or upgrading systems and during the testing process to ensure data integrity.
  • Acted as second level support and as an extension of the help desk as part of day to day support duties.
  • Coordinated projects and work assigned to the designated business applications
