The Test Engineer supports a wide range of project activities and serves as an engineering consultant to internal customers and to a variety of clients in a number of industries.  Project responsibilities will include customer interface; problem analysis; preparation of proposals, test plans, schedules, and budgets; creative development of practical solutions to technical challenges; design and drawing of test fixtures; data collection, analysis, and presentation; and documentation of test procedures, results, and recommendations in written technical reports. 

• The position requires a BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 
• MS degree is a plus. 
• Candidate must have excellent technical and interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication capability, and a clear emphasis on customer responsiveness and service. 
• The diversity of projects will be most rewarding for the highly creative, versatile, and flexible.  PC literacy (Excel, Word) is required. 
• Interest in Electro/Mechanical Test of vehicles, subsystems, and components is expected.   
• Any testing experience is a plus. 

Knowledge of Pro-E CAD, Lab View, and other data acquisition, design, or analysis programs are pluses.
