Individual must be experienced in Project Management (5+ years) as well as having knowledge of quality concepts such as TQM, SPC, Six Sigma and customer quality tools. A background in product and process improvement through Kaizen methodology and Lean Manufacturing concepts is needed. A BS Engineering degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing or Industrial discipline is recommended. Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint are important. Must be willing to travel.
