This position generally requires the following skills:

Required Skills:

• 6+ years Senior Project Management experience working with large project teams and strategic account teams.
• 6 + years Project/Program Management experience in the deployment of leading edge technologies in a highly complex commercial environment.
•  3+ years Software engineering (targeting SEF/SCE/OSS/BSS, and control plane middle wares)
•  3+ years Systems integration (especially IPTV and IMS)
• 3+ years Consulting skills (including ITIL and eTOM operating processes, Integration and Migration offerings, and New Services launch)
• 2+ years experience routing, routing protocols, switching, internet and general network architecture.
• Professional project management training credentials (PMI) or Professional PM certification, ESi, PMP or equivalent
• 4+ years PM experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  
  

Desired skills:

• Demonstrated a good understanding of the legal issues with contracts.
• Demonstrated advanced negotiation and presentation skills.
• Understands the organization, aims and processes
  Typically requires BS/BA degree or equivalent plus 6+ years related experience in networking/telecommunications industry
  OR min 4-5 years managing LAN and/or WAN network implementation and support PLUS 4-5 years in a Clearly defined Senior Project Management role.
