Our Product Engineers provide new product and on-going engineering (including DFx) for a specific product or group of products from pre-concept commit through end of life. Interface with design, process, test and reliability engineering to solve problems.

• Sustain products with cost reduction and design related yield improvements Responsible for managing the development and implementation of engineering activities in Product Operations to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives.
• Influences manufacturing and engineering management in determining strategy and execution of technical solutions in worldwide manufacturing.
• The Mgr, PE oversees the Product Engineering team and is the accountable leader for new product and on-going engineering (including DFx) for a specific product or group of products from pre-concept commit through end of life.
• Interfaces with design, process, test and reliability engineering to solve problems. Sustains products with cost reduction and design related yield improvements.
• Typically requires BS degree in Engineering or equivalent plus 12+ years applicable experience.
• Additionally 10+ years of management experience Bill of Materials Knowledge Commodity Knowledge Continuous Mfg Quality Improvement DfX Mfg.
