We are looking to hire a Job Captain

 

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:

    • Hold a degree in Architecture.
    • Have a minimum of five years experience as a Job Captain.
    • Possess strong technical skills utilizing AutoCAD or REVIT.
    • Have extensive experience and knowledge in building codes, standards and building structures.
    • Possess excellent communication and management skills.
    • Strong organizational skills.

The Job Captain will be responsible for:

    • Providing project team coordination for the finished plans, specification, and material selections required for construction.
    • Organizing and supervising team members relative to their job execution and ensuring accuracy of technical documents.
    • Participating in the construction administration of project assignments, including quality control.
    • Providing guidance on technical issues influencing the project design and mentorship to team members.
    • Working with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives.
