Title : Integration Project Manager (two positions)
Responsibilities:
-
Responsible for the Recruitment, Enablement, and Retention of all client’s customers
-
Provide prioritization of incoming clients to determine viability for movement into complete integration.

Project planning, milestone identification, lifecycle management, prioritization, identification of issues, and communications to Client management teams.

Responsible for scheduling and leading weekly user group meetings to discuss updates, issues, releases, enhancement requests, etc.

Support the applications through future releases plan out release schedules.
-
Track clients defects discovered during testing.
-
Evaluating these with the client as well as the technical team in order to assess the severity.
Required Skills
-
Strong leadership to manage the development of an infrastructure which can support roughly 200 enabled partners.

Ability to understand a complex infrastructure, integrated systems (application servers, Oracle, web servers, etc), software development lifecycle, codetesting, release management.

Ability to draft long term strategic plans and ensuring (by tracking and reporting) that the plans are executed.
-
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical people at all levels.

Able to drive and execute on long terms plans while supporting day-to-day requests from enabled partners.

Well organized, able to multi-task.
-
Demonstrated experience with leading small projects (3-6 people)

Preferred Technical skills: Netegrity's Siteminder, General Web

Services knowledge, Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Project
