The Intermediate Architectural Designer will be responsible for:

• Translating clients' functional and spatial requirements for structures into feasible design solutions.
• Preparing sketches, working drawings, architectural detail specifications for concept design presentations and presentation packages using 2D/3D software, including AutoCAD, REVIT, 3D Studio MAX, Forms, PhotoShop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• Applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials in the resolution of complex technical and design issues as they arise.
• Coordinating with mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and structural consultants to incorporate engineering systems into unified design for client and agency review and approval.
• Design team guidance, leadership and mentorship.
