Onsite Technical Recruiting Liaison

San Jose, Costa Rica

 

ESG Consulting, Inc.  is an award-winning US based provider of diversified information technology consulting services to Fortune 1000, public sector entities, and emerging growth firms throughout the United States.  

We are currently seeking an Onsite Recruiting Liaison, living in Costa Rica, to work with one of our largest clients. 

 

 To qualify for this position, you MUST be fluent in English

 

Responsibilities:

 

This individual will assist with the sourcing and interviewing of IT candidates for numerous contract positions, conduct their orientation, maintain regular contact with ESG employees in Costa Rica and serve as their HR contact, serve a liaison between the employees and ESG’s Senior Recruiter in California, and assorted administrative tasks as needed.

 

Required Skills:

 

English fluency, both verbal and written is a must.

Strong computer skills and experience Microsoft Office.

Interviewing experience.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Ability to multi task.

Ability to work independently.

Detail oriented.
