We are a full-service architecture and design firm specializing in interior architectural design, exterior renovation, and tenant planning services for corporate and professional workplaces. Since 1979, we have provided creative, responsive design solutions to companies of all sizes from Fortune 500s to start ups, as well as law firms, public agencies, and the Bay Area’s leading commercial real estate developers.

We are currently searching for a Project Designer to join our office. In this role, you will collaborate with the project manager through all phases of projects including: programming, space planning, design development, millwork drawings and elevations, selection of finish materials, lighting, furniture selection and production of contract documents with AutoCAD. Must be knowledgeable about ADA, Title 24, and exiting codes. Also responsible for coordination with project manager for construction administration.

Qualifications

• 5 + years experience in Commercial Architecture
• Bachelors Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2004 or beyond
• Strong follow through and attention to detail
