Minimum Requirements :

Masters in Civil Engineering
Two or more years of roadway design experience with a Bachelor of Science

The Civil Engineer will possess strong technical skills in highway design including preparation of reports, feasibility studies, plans, and specifications. Must be team oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills; the ability to interact well with all levels of professional staff, management and clients; commitment to productivity and quality; and strong organizational skills.
