The Contracts Admin coordinates all architectural functions from the receipt of the RFP’s and proposals through the completion of construction. 

  • The position requires an AA or Equivalent experience, 3+ years of experience including 1 year of accounting experience.
  • Necessary skills include intermediate communication skill, advanced analytical skills and intermediate accounting and financial forecasting skills. 
  • Also required is the proven ability to take responsibility for a project and to follow up with involved individuals until all issues are resolved.
