Outside Sales Manager

ESG Consulting, Inc. is seeking Sales Professionals to work in our Santa Clara, California office and assist in the growth of our Bay Area staffing divisions (San Francisco, East Bay, & South Bay).

 

 ESG Services and Solutions

 

Over the last 20 years, ESG Consulting has been offering a wide range of services and solutions to our clients. These include end-to-end projects, staff augmentation, and managed solutions. Our Sales Representatives will work closely with Executive Management to develop sales strategies to penetrate new business with Fortune 1000 and other companies.

 

Compensation Model

 

Sales Representatives can take advantage of ESG Consulting’s lucrative salary plus commission model. Other benefits include:  Medical, Dental, Vision, Long Term Disability, 401K Plan, Section 125 Plan, and EAP.

 

 

The successful Business Development Manager candidate will possess:

 

·          Minimum 2 years Business to Business sales experience

·          Experience selling IT services is highly desirable

·          Proven track record cold calling to open new accounts

·          Ability to network and generate leads

·          Confidence to call Sr. IT Executives, Project Managers, and Hiring Managers

·          Excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills

·          Self discipline, self motivation and a positive attitude
