Assistant PM
Assist Project Manager and Superintendent in the development and implementation of project procedures and effectively manage project schedule and budget. Accountable to the Project Manager for implementation of the project established procedures for achieving on time project completion within the financial goals. Ensure compliance with contract documents and Balfour Beatty quality standards by effectively managing subcontractors and suppliers.

Education, Experience, & Knowledge:
-BS or 2 year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field plus 4-6 years of experience in leadership positions on projects of various sizes preferred; or a minimum of 5 years field experience in leading construction projects of various sizes and Degree in Construction Mgmt.
-Ability to interpret "Terms and Conditions" and other relevant areas of contract documents.
-Ability to prioritize and delegate multiple responsibilities to others.
-Effectively manage essential functions by consistently driving for quality, profitable, and timely results on assigned projects.
-Ability to read and interpret blue prints and other architectural designs.
-Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability and willingness to face challenges, solve problems, motivate other employees, and sell new business.
-Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and the employees, while maintaining constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations.
