ESG Consulting Inc., headquartered in Santa Clara, California, USA, is looking for Sourcers to work in our branch office in Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt as part of our world class recruiting team.
You will be part of our very successful business model that enables our staff in Cairo to work directly with our clients and staff across the USA. We would like to invite dynamic, independent, and self-motivated professionals to be part of team.
Business Hours and Holidays
- Working hours are Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. till 12:00 midnight Cairo time.
- The office is closed on Saturday and Sunday for the weekend. There are no other shifts or working hours for the office, and selected candidates must be willing to work those hours.
- Holidays are the U.S. holidays and selected candidates must be willing to work during Egyptian holidays.
Compensation and Training
- ESG offers a very competitive compensation package with a base salary, plus monthly bonuses and promotions.
- We also provide an excellent training program. Trainers from our U.S. office will visit the Cairo office at least once a year. Additionally, ESG selects certain employees to go to the U.S. for training every year.
Job Description
As a member of our Research and Support Team in the Cairo office, you will be constantly communicating via email with our U.S. staff and clients. The Research and Support Team assists our staff to locate and screen candidates for contract work at our client's sites, as well as providing Internet research on potential clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing the best candidates for different jobs using the Internet and ESG's proprietary database
- Internet research assistance
- Using the Internet to advertise job opportunities
- Corresponding via email to staff and clients
- Using both the Internet and ESG's proprietary database to identify candidates for specific job opportunities
- Developing and maintaining an active list of available candidates
Required Qualifications
The ideal Sourcer will be a university graduate, with excellent English, PC, and Internet skills.
- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal, reading and writing skills. This is a must, as you will be interacting with U.S. staff and clients on a daily, continuous basis
- Advanced knowledge of and experience working with MS Office, in particular MS Word
- Familiar with Internet searches and comfortable communicating via e-mail
- A team player who is willing to become a member of a very talented team of cheerful, well-educated individuals
- Willing to tackle a variety of assignments, including e-mail interaction with U.S. staff and clients
- Willing to work the required hours - 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight Cairo time, Monday through Friday.
- Previous recruiting/HR experience is highly preferred but not a must.
