Job Description:
The Director of Sales will aggressively hunt for and develop new business, and create a world-class sales organization for ESG in the Silicon Valley/S.F. Bay Area. The ideal candidate will provide direct sales, leadership, sales team management, as well as staff development and training. This position will also be responsible for the development and implementation of a sales strategy for ESG’s service offering.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Hands-on business development. This position is a player and a coach.

Providing leadership, training, staff development and managing sales team of 6-8.

Growing the sales team through on going recruitment and hiring of top sales professionals

Introducing sales techniques/tools that will build a "best in class" sales organization.

Creating market plan, territory plans and account plans
-
Prospecting and developing long-term business relationships with client top management.

Achieving annual sales revenue objectives set by management.

Minimum of 3 years experience at the Director / Manager level selling consulting or IT services.

Well networked with Fortune 1000 clients.

B.A. /B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing, or sales related field.

Ability to work with groups and teams in planning and implementing change

IT Staffing experience a plus.
