Project description
The existing Process Library for operations utilizes a tool known as ProVision.
ProVision is difficult for the untrained user and will be offered to internal customers as a service.
The customers will need to know what the existing processes are and how the changes of the upgraded tool will affect the processes.
So the consultant will need to be a good business analyst who will learn the existing process model as it is today and then have the ability to navigate through the process to show the differences and how to apply modifications from the different businesses – as it applies to them.
Business analyst Skills required
- Fluent in written and spoken English – as well as good customer service skills
- Ability to analyze business issues, identify root cause and develop solutions
- Ability to understand business processes, detail them, identify areas of improvement and create improved processes
- Ability to work with scattered teams and with people across organization levels (executives, managers, analysts, IT architects, developers, etc.)
- Ability to write clear, detailed functional specifications
- At least college degree, preferably in computer science related field

- Documentation skills
