Our newest service offering is the result of 12 months of development based upon extensive research into our client’s expectations and needs. We have identified the elements of a deliverable-based model that best add value to the consulting engagement, while minimizing paperwork and streamlining communications and overall project management. We have successfully used this model at various clients since 2001.
Research and Support Group (RSG)
We have a unique Research and Support Group, dedicated to proactively supporting our client’s needs. Specifically, we deploy the group to identify consultants whose skills and experience are appropriate for the incoming projects or positions our clients anticipate requiring. We refer to this process as “building a pipeline”.
Retention
We also focus upon consultant retention using our Recruiters, Research and Support Group, and our Field Services team to maintain contact with consultants throughout their assignments and afterwards as well.
Management Tools and Reports
We offer our clients, at no additional cost, a variety of management reports and surveys. Reporting options available to our clients upon request include monthly activity reports, PO status reports, weekly assignment summaries, assignment billing audit reports, and many more. ESG’s system also allows the flexibility to customize surveys based on needs and project specifications. The surveys can include data such as: current market rates, available consultant pool, and consultant education, including specific training.
